I am concerned because the Green Phyto Base contains barley, kamut, and oats– when you test for the presence of gluten, how does it score for PPM?
I should probably ask – how do the other multiple powder formulas score in comparison?
Sarah, Gluten is the protein found in wheat and other grains. The protein does not form until later in the growing process. Because the Barley, Kamut etc. are gathered in their just sprouted phase they are Gluten free. Independent tests done on our Green Phyto Base ALL ONE formula show less than ten parts per million (<10 PPM) which is considered “gluten free.” All of our formulas are gluten free with the exception of our weight loss formulas which contain only a trace amount of gluten from the activated barley. – d
